Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr has revealed that her son Flynn, born in 2011, was named after her high school sweetheart, Christopher Middlebrook, who died in a car accident when she was just 16 years old. Kerr and Middlebrook had been dating for two years when he was tragically killed in a car crash. Kerr wrote a letter to him after his death, expressing her hope to name her first child after him in some way. When she met Orlando Bloom, her then-husband, she shared the story with him and he was happy to honor her wish.
