Jeremy Renner Displays Witty Sense of Humor in Late Night Debut Following Snow Plow Mishap

Jeremy Renner, the popular actor known for his role in “The Avengers,” recently appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on April 10. During the show, Renner shared details about his harrowing snow plow accident that landed him in the ICU. Despite the scary experience, Renner’s sense of humor remained intact.

Renner discussed his time in the hospital, revealing that he was kicked out of the first ICU he was placed in. “They put you on so many drugs, and it was sort of an ‘under construction’ ICU,” he explained. “So they put me in, like, a janitor’s closet.” Renner went on to describe the room as having no bathroom, flickering lights, and being surrounded by people he believed were dying. He even joked that the place was haunted and that the letters “I-C-U” could stand for “I see you.”

The actor admitted that he plans to apologize to the nurses at the hospital where he was placed in the janitor’s closet. Renner took to Instagram to express gratitude to those who supported him during his recovery. He also made light of the situation by offering “Free Snowcat Rides” at his house and joking about getting his snow plow up and running again.

Renner’s accident occurred on New Year’s Day, but he has since made a full recovery. The actor was operating a snow plow when it hit a curb, causing him to be thrown from the vehicle. He suffered multiple injuries, including a fractured elbow and a gash on his head that required stitches.

Renner’s appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” marks his first interview since the accident.
