Amber Rose’s new life isn’t all about basking in the benefits of her success, it’s also about looking after her health, no matter what the cost.
In an interview with People, the Louis Vuitton model opened up about having breast reduction surgery in 2018: “I was scared that I wouldn’t feel sexy anymore, but it got to the point where I literally was in pain. It was almost as if I had like a heavy backpack on my chest.” Considering her career started off based on her looks, the hesitation made sense. Rose added, “They weren’t implants or anything like that and so, my back was hurting me. There were times I would just walk and just stop and be like … it would kill me. And, so, at that point, I was like, this is more of like a health issue, where I have to get this done.”
Calling her new girls a “dream come true,” the activist gushed, “Now when I’m running out the door, I don’t have to search for the right bra to fit within the shirt or to match the color of the shirt, so, it doesn’t show and look gaudy. I can kind of just throw it on and I’m like, ‘This is amazing!'” Rose added, “I’ve been missing this my whole life.”
