‘Hip-hop will take backseat for little bit but will never die’ – Nasty C counters Wizkid

South African rapper Nasty C has spoken out against claims made by Nigerian Afrobeats star Wizkid that “hip-hop is dead”. In a recent interview with Glich Africa, the ‘Coolest Kid In Africa’ singer stated that while hip-hop may have taken a backseat in mainstream music, it will never die.

Trust me,” Nasty C explained.
