Full-time Store Manager in Wynwood, Miami:

Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Sales Generation:

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
• Develop store management and associate’s sales techniques
• Actively manage clientele program
• Identify business opportunity areas in individual store and market
• Collaborate with all departments to implement business driving strategies

Customer experience:

• Maintain floor presence to assist customers and monitor client interaction
• Identify future customer opportunities by understanding product and service requirements
• Maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback and scoring on service evaluation

Operations:

• Maintain consistent inventory accuracy and controls in store
• Provide real¬time and weekly feedback
• Ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization

Merchandising:

• Direct merchandising presentation strategy in alignment with our standards
• Provide real¬time and weekly feedback on products and sales performance
• Ensure inventory levels and product assortments meet customers’ needs

Seller team:

• Hire and train an exceptional team that supports the vision Antidote
• Align talent selection with job functionality for superior customer experience
• Build and retain a talent network in local market
• Display a dedicated approach to motivate, develop and retain talent
• Consistently provide performance feedback to ensure growth, change and results

Requirements:

• 3+ years relevant store management experience in fashion
• A friendly sociable personality
• Leadership skills
• Visual merchandising skills
• Schedule flexibility to include evenings, weekends and holidays
