Alix Is Hiring An E-Commerce Coordinator / Marketing Associate In New York, NY

Alix is seeking an E-commerce Coordinator / Marketing Associate in New York City. The candidate will be responsible for all E-commerce sales, website maintenance. The candidate will also be responsible for the overall marketing and branding of ALIX, both in digital and print media. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience (including internships and freelance) working in a Sales or Marketing capacity at a Fashion, Beauty or Lifestyle brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily maintenance of the ALIX e-commerce shop; process/fullfill orders, returns/exchanges, and customer service inquiries
• Manage and track E-commerce inventory
• Generate weekly e-commerce reports detailing revenue, best sellers, sell-through, return/exchange rates, traffic, and other relevant analytics pertaining to e-commerce business
• Review best selling styles, colors, and customer feedback with design and production teams
• Coordinate all sample requests from stylists, editors, sales/assistants and ensure timely returns
• Coordinate model casting, photographers, etc for seasonal e-commerce photoshoots
• Responsible for seasonal merchandising of the website, new product uploads, product descriptions and e-commerce product imagery
• Plan and oversee the execution of all creative content on social media platforms
• Research and build relationships with influencers / stylists to collaborate with and create content for social media
• Develop and implement on going marketing strategies to elevate the ALIX brand experience, both in digital and print
• Coordinate gifting to influencers, celebrities, VIPs
• Constantly strategize and come up with innovative marketing materials/content that will connect with the ALIX girl

REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree
• Superior project management skills
• Positive, proactive, problem solver
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong creative and analytical skills
• Hardworking – self starter who takes initiatve
• Extremely organized, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite; most importantly Excel
• Good taste and attention to detail
• Experience with Shopify is a plus, or any other e-commerce platform
• Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign
• Familiarity with online ad suite (Facebook, adwords, adore etc) is a plus
