8 soldiers reportedly missing after Boko Haram members ambush military formation in Damboa, Borno state

Eight soldiers are missing, while three others are seriously injured when Boko Haram members ambushed troops on the Damboa-Sabon Gari Road in Borno State today Monday February 26th.

Military sources told Sahara Reporters that one Army gun truck was also taken away by the sect’s members.

According to sources, the injured soldiers have been moved to a medical facility in Biu for treatment.
