6 year old Blue Ivy Carter apparently has a personal stylist. His name is Manuel A. Mendez and he works at Beyonce’s management company, Parkwood Entertainment.
His job is to pick statement pieces for Blue Ivy for special occasions, including her white pantsuit for the Grammys (pictured above) the Wearable Art Gala held last month, and her dress in the Family Feud video
