Manchester United have had their second bid for Atalanta striker Rasmus Hojlund rejected.

This comes a few days after the first bid of €35 million was rejected.

The Premier League giants have made the Denmark attacker their striker target after being priced out of a move for Tottenham’s Harry Kane.

But the Serie A side are demanding a huge fee to part ways with the 20-year-old.

According to 90Min, Man United’s latest offer was said to be £40 million, while Atalanta’s asking price is reportedly £64 million.

It remains to be seen whether the Red Devils will meet Atalanta’s demands as manager Erik ten Hag desperately tries to sign a striker this summer transfer window.
