Kemsley admitted to having some cosmetic work done, including Botox and filler on her face. She also revealed that she has veneers and breast implants, although she insisted that her implants are not as massive as some fans may have speculated. Kyle Richards shared her thoughts in a confessional, stating, “I know wonders can be done with makeup and I see that Dorit does a lot of contouring but I know that most people here think she’s lying.”
