Renowned Italian transfer expert Alfredo Pedulla has revealed that the British club has tabled an initial offer to Fiorentina, amounting to approximately €15 million, with potential add-ons included in the deal.

However, negotiations are still ongoing as Fiorentina is holding out for a higher fee of around €20 million, along with additional performance-related clauses.

Despite the initial setback, Villa is not deterred and is expected to come back with an improved offer in the coming days to try and reach a consensus with the Italian outfit.
