Presidential election: Peter Obi defeats Tinubu, Atiku in Imo

The Labour Party, LP, presidential candidate, Peter Obi has won Saturday’s election in Imo State.

Obi won in a landslide after polling more votes than the All Progressives Congress, APC, counterpart, Bola Tinubu; and the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, flag bearer who came third.

According to collated results by INEC, Obi scored 352, 904 votes while the APC garnered 66171 votes and the PDP got 30, 044.
