Meghan Markle Faces Criticism from Celebrities

The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, has been making headlines recently after revealing in an interview with Oprah Winfrey that members of the royal family expressed concerns about the skin tone of her then-unborn child. Morgan’s comments led to his departure from the show, as many viewers complained about his insensitive remarks.

Actress Sharon Osbourne also faced backlash after defending Morgan’s comments on “The Talk.” She was accused of being racist and was eventually forced to leave the show. Osbourne later apologized for her remarks and said that she did not intend to offend anyone.

While some celebrities have criticized Markle, others have shown their support. Tennis star Serena Williams posted a message on Instagram in which she praised Markle for her courage and resilience. “I know firsthand the sexism and racism institutions and the media use to vilify women and people of color to minimize us, to break us down and demonize us,” Williams wrote.
