A Twitter user narrated how his boss made a former classmate fail when he interviewed him for a job because he was bad to others when they were in school. This quickly led to a debate about Karma and retaliation. @call_me_ayokay tweeted: “Yesterday., My boss interviewed one of his old classmates for a job role and ensured he failed him. I was sitting. After the interview, my boss gathered all of us (staff) and said ‘you that is doing bad to others should continue’ ‘you will meet it in the future’.”
However, not all Twitter users agreed that the boss’s approach was right. Some said the boss’s action is not Karma but retaliation. They pointed out that the boss is no different from his former classmate, adding that in future, he too will be repaid for intentionally causing someone to fail.
