With the transfer window opening on Friday, Europe’s top clubs are already planning for the 2017/18 season.

Our friends at Football Whispers have rounded up the latest transfer rumours from across the continent.

France

Barcelona have shown interest in signing Angel Di Maria from Paris Saint-Germain this summer. The Catalan club are looking for someone to replace rumoured Arsenal target Arda Turan and the Spanish side want to use his relationship with Lionel Messi to lure the former Real Madrid midfielder to Barca. PSG are looking at the possibility of signing Brazilian midfielder Fabinho from Monaco this summer. They have put on hold any discussions for Nice target Jean Michael Seri to concentrate on the Manchester City and Juventus target. (L’Equipe)

Spain

Linked with a move to Barcelona, it has been reported that Manchester City don’t have the €50m (£43.7m) needed to sign Arsenal full-back Hector Bellerin. That would put the Catalan club in pole position to win his signature. (Sport)

The father of Alvaro Morata has failed to deny that his son could leave Real Madrid this summer. Despite rumours of a move to AC Milan, it is understood that only Manchester United have tabled a bid that would see him leave Los Blancos. (Sport)

Barcelona could be set to make a move for Borussia Dortmund’s young French forward Ousmane Dembele, who tops their wishlist this summer. The departure of Thomas Tuchel and the possible sale of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has convinced the 20-year-old that he is now ready for the move to Spain. (Mundo Deportivo)

Barcelona are set to decide on the future of Gerard Deulofeu by the end of June. They will not wait until the end of the transfer window to decide if they will re-sign the Everton winger, who spent the season on loan at AC Milan. The player wants to concentrate on the UEFA U21 championships, which end on June 30, before making a decision. (Mundo Deportivo)

Italy

After Juventus lost Saturday’s UEFA Champions League final, Paris Saint-Germain are looking to appoint their coach Max Allegri as their new boss for next season. The French club are willing to promise him a contract worth €10m-a-year (£8.7m) to tempt him with a move to the French capital. (Gazzetta dello Sport)

AC Milan are set to be busy again this week. They are hoping to seal moves for Lucas Biglia of Lazio, a former target for Manchester United, and Ricardo Rodriguez, the Wolfsburg left-back who was linked with Arsenal in the past as part of the Rossoneri‘s rebuilding process ahead of the new season. Germany

Juventus, Manchester City, Manchester United and PSG are all interested in making a move for Bayern Munich winger Douglas Costa. It is believed that the Brazilian would be available for around €40m (£34.9m). (Bild)

After he has struggled to make it into Bayern Munich’s first-team, former Manchester United target Renato Sanches could be on the move this summer. Marseille have made an offer to loan the Portuguese midfielder, but Monaco are also interested. (Bild)

Linked with a move to Spurs in the past, Schalke midfielder Max Meyer has rejected a renewal of his contract with the German club. His current deal runs until 2018 and it makes it very likely he will move clubs this summer. (Sport Bild)

Portugal

After a successful loan spell at Guingamp, Benfica’s left-back Fernando Marçal could be on his way to Turkey with Fenerbahce this summer. The 28-year-old has apparently been in talks with the Istanbul club regarding the move. (A Bola)
