Canada lost 17,000 jobs in May, according to a Statistics Canada report released Friday morning. The loss of jobs pushed the unemployment rate up to 5.2 per cent.

Canada lost 17,000 jobs in May, according to a Statistics Canada report released Friday morning.

The loss of jobs pushed the unemployment rate up to 5.2 per cent.
