It’s one thing to get a little sprucing up before a big event, especially your wedding day. I mean, who wouldn’t want to look their best? But there’s a certain timing involved, or so I’ve heard from experts. Dr. Dara Liotta, a board-certified plastic surgeon from New York City, suggested that it’s generally better to get any cosmetic procedure done at least six months in advance. And that’s regardless of whether it’s a major overhaul or just a minor tweak. She made a really good point to the Daily Beast, saying something like, “For most people, their wedding is the most photographed moment of their lives, and even if you look good in pictures, I’d imagine that most people want to look like themselves in their wedding photos.” The idea is that you want to look like you, not someone who’s still in a “period of flux after surgery.” And unfortunately, it seems that for Sánchez Bezos, that might have been the case. It’s a tricky balance, isn’t it, wanting to look amazing but also still wanting to recognize yourself?
