Rangers head coach, Abdul Maikaba, has shifted his focus to the Federation Cup following the conclusion of the Nigeria Premier Football League regular season.

The Flying Antelopes managed to escape relegation following a tough campaign.

Maikaba’s side will face FC Ebedei in the Federation Cup Round of 16 at the Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba, on Wednesday

Maikaba maintained that the Coal City club will give their all to win the competition.

“We thank God for a successful season in the Nigeria Premier Football League,” he stated.

“Let’s focus on doing well against FC Ebedei in the round of 16 in Asaba.

“The Federation Cup is our target no doubt and we wish to win it.”

Rangers have won the Federation Cup six times since inception.
