DAILY POST learnt that the player has agreed to join the Uyo club.
The striker will undergo medical this week ahead of penning a contract.
Rangers and Wikki Tourists were among the clubs also interested in Igboeli.
Igboeli’s arrival is expected to help improve the team’s chances in the second stanza.
