Kisaragi Hayato lives in a world that is plagued by monsters known as savages, who only have one aim: to destroy all of humankind. There is only one way of fighting back against these monsters, and that is with the help of specialized mechanical suits called the “hundred.” During the second attack, Hayato becomes trapped in an area under a vicious attack with his younger sister, Karen, who is injured. A blow to the head quickly knocks Hayato out.
