LAFCO, a modern fragrance company is poised for growth and is seeking an experienced sales coordinator to provide support to the sales department. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for wholesale order flow and providing key support for internal Sales staff to ensure Sales SOPs are followed and effectively implemented within LAFCO. Work closely with Sales & Customer Service team to successfully meet wholesale sales strategy and goals.

Responsibilities:
- In conjunction with Sales Managers oversee assigned Key accounts and any House Accounts and attend all relevant meetings
- Work with Customer Service Coordinator to answer any external customer service or product related inquiries or issues
- Traffic samples, sales materials and new product deliveries to national showrooms according to the tradeshow season
- Assist in the development, implementation and activation of wholesale sales programs.
- Maintain internal FileMaker database for accurate data integrity as it relates to wholesale customers and sales rep information
- Provide Monthly Sales Reports to Sales Managers for LAFCO wholesale business.
- Monitor Sales Collateral materials as needed including catalogs, POP cards, Product Knowledge binders, etc.
- Coordinate and maintain flow of product marketing materials as needed. Includes product photography, electronic order forms, and PDF’s for new launches, current and new customers, etc.
- Attend Trade Shows as needed.
- Support LAFCO sales staff as needed or directed
Skills:
Excellent working knowledge of MS or MAC operating systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email – adobe Photoshop knowledge a plus. Attention to detail is extremely important; self motivated with a friendly attitude; highly organized, ability to multitask. Ability to perform under pressure and organize oneself in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Experience in the luxury, gift or fragrance spaces a plus but not required
Hours: Monday Through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
