
Chief Edozie Njoku, a factional leader of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) who was remanded at the Suleja Correctional Centre on Monday, November 28, alongside the factional national youth leader of the party, Chukwuemeka Nwoga, has been granted bail.

The factional party leaders have been accused of forging the judgment of the Supreme Court to parade themselves as National Chairman and National Youth Leader of the party.
Ruling on the case on Wednesday, November 30, Justice Mohammed Madugu of the Federal Capital Territory High Court sitting in Bwari, noted that the offense is bailable.

Madugu granted Edozie bail on self-recognition, but he must produce a surety who must be a civil servant resident in Abuja of Grade Level 15 or above or a landed property owner with a certified Certificate of Occupancy.
