Comprised of an elite team of fashion insiders, Armarium was officially launched in April 2016 through a mobile app, e-commerce platform, and a New York City showroom.

MARKETING:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Fully support the company’s marketing strategy and execution
  • Create and curate engaging content
  • Communicate and build relationships with current or prospective clients/partners
  • Effectively support company’s social media platforms and editorial content
  • Build and update media lists and databases
  • Perform research and market analysis

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Photoshop and other web design applications
  • Strong time management & communication (oral & written) skills
  • Experience and knowledge of trend forecasting & mood board skills
  • Understands trends and up to date with industry knowledge/press
  • Social media savvy and passion for the fashion industry
  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques

WHOLESALE:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating and updating weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports
  • Tracking/organizing samples & maintaining orders & product data
  • Liaising with Brand’s production and logistics internationally
  • Communicating with buyers at authorized retailers
  • Assisting the sales team to merchandise product assortment
  • Accompanying sales team in product knowledge clinics
  • Developing creative marketing tools
  • Performing other tasks and projects as needed

E-COMMERCE:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as a Project Manager to build US e-commerce website content and on-line presence consistent with our brand image
  • Research competition websites to advise and offer recommendations on key functionalities to increase client engagement and conversion rates; drive revenue and profitability
  • Implement structure and navigation options to optimize client experience on-line.
  • Organize and co-lead with the CEO’s cross-functional task forces
  • Build timelines to ensure website will be live & functional by deadline

Qualifications (wholesale and e-commerce):

  • Candidates should be passionate about e-commerce & the fashion industry
  • Strong time management skills and communication (written & oral) skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to work under a deadline and independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong experience using Excel

STYLING:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in all showroom appointments alongside Lead & Freelance Stylists
  • Ensure client’s needs are met with pre and post appointment follow ups
  • Assist in verbal & written contact with clients regarding styling questions
  • Maintain showroom: checking garments and overall visual display
  • Sourcing events clients attend & proactively reaching out for dressing assistance as well as providing styling advice

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferably in a luxury store
  • Fashion education and retail background preferred
  • Confidence, especially when speaking about designers, fit & our inventory
  • Online and email marketing
  • Passionate and knowledgable about styling, fashion and current trends
  • Organized and proactive
  • Ability to learn quickly and multi-task between appointments
  • Positive attitude and social
  • Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment

CUSTOMER CARE:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Exemplify the highest level of customer service standards
  • Knowledge of showroom inventory including brands, looks and sizes
  • Keeping track of inventory that’s with clients, dry cleaners & pop ups
  • Liaising with clients, messaging service and cleaners via phone and email
  • Working with our in house stylist regarding rentals and sales
  • Interacting with FedEx via creating labels, tracking shipments
  • Looking after the care of the clothing, especially with damages
  • Stock merchandise in the showroom or prepare for immediate distribution
  • Ensure that merchandise is safely stored, properly photographed & logged

Qualifications:

  • Organized and responsible
  • Multi tasker and detail oriented
  • Effective time management skill to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good memory and fast thinking
  • Excel knowledge
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
